PRODUCTION

All wigs are handmade to order and are not mass produced. Please allow 10 to 14 days for production, excluding delivery time.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking information will be emailed to you. A signature is required upon delivery. If nobody is available to sign, the parcel may be redirected to your local depot for collection.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.

CLICK & COLLECT

Click & Collect is available from our E5 studio during your scheduled appointment. This option is only available to clients with a confirmed booking.

RETURNS

Due to hygiene regulations and the made to order nature of our wigs, all wig purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, over bleaching, colouring or product misuse. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
