The opening is the gap at the top where you leave out your natural hair.
1 × 5 inches: A narrower opening requiring less leave out.
2 × 5 inches: A wider opening requiring more leave out.
Both openings are 5 inches long. Opening size is separate from cap size. Choose either opening at no additional cost.

Can be dyed, bleached and heat styled. Seek professional help for colouring.
In the product photo, Aaliyah wears a 24” unit with an extra 24” bundle for fullness, dyed black. The standard wig includes 3 bundles.

Wash every two weeks with sulphate free shampoo and condition from weft to tip. Use lukewarm water and wash gently in a downward motion.
Apply small amounts of product, use heat protectant before styling and protect the hair with a satin bonnet or pillowcase at night.
Handle curly textures gently. Avoid excessive brushing, harsh ingredients and overprocessing. With proper care, your wig can last for years.

Allow 10–14 days for processing, excluding shipping.
Tracking is emailed within 5 days of dispatch. A signature is required on delivery. If you are unavailable, your parcel will be redirected to your local depot for collection.

Click and Collect is available only for clients with a booked appointment. Your wig will be ready at our E5 studio for your appointment.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check your length, texture and opening size before ordering.
Damage caused by wear, incorrect care, colouring or overprocessing is not covered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
