For lengths over 18”, we recommend at least 3 bundles for a full look. Choose 4 or more bundles for lengths over 24”, and 5 or more for lengths over 30”. Longer lengths have thinner wefts.

Wash every two weeks with sulphate free shampoo and condition from weft to tip. Use lukewarm water and wash gently in a downward motion. Apply small amounts of product, use heat protectant and sleep in a satin bonnet or pillowcase. Avoid harsh ingredients, excessive brushing and overprocessing. Seek professional help for colouring.

Allow 10–14 days for processing, excluding shipping. Tracking is emailed within 5 days of dispatch. A signature is required on delivery. If you are unavailable, your parcel will be redirected to your local depot for collection.

Click and Collect is available only for clients with a booked appointment. Your hair will be ready at our E5 studio for your appointment.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check your length, texture and colour before ordering.
Damage caused by wear, incorrect care, colouring or overprocessing is not covered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
