Unwefted hair for box braids, twists and other protective styles. Unlike wefted bundles, the hair is supplied as loose strands for your stylist to work with. Seek professional help for colouring.

Wash gently with sulphate free shampoo and lukewarm water. Condition the hair lengths, use small amounts of product and avoid scrubbing or bunching the hair. Protect it with a satin bonnet or pillowcase at night and apply heat protectant before heat styling. Follow your stylist’s advice for caring for your installed braids or twists.

Allow 10–14 days for processing, excluding shipping.
Tracking is emailed within 5 days of dispatch. A signature is required on delivery. If you are unavailable, your parcel will be redirected to your local depot for collection.

Click and Collect is available only for clients with a booked appointment. Your hair will be ready at our E5 studio for your appointment.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check your length and texture before ordering.
Damage caused by wear, incorrect care, colouring or overprocessing is not covered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
