13×6 inch HD lace frontal made with 100% raw Vietnamese hair. Frontal only; bundles are sold separately. Select your preferred length and texture from the available options.

For a natural finish, we recommend professional knot bleaching and customisation. The lace may need tinting to match your skin tone.
Avoid overprocessing the knots, as this can cause shedding or balding. Check the knots regularly during bleaching.

HD lace is delicate. Handle it gently to avoid tears or holes. We recommend avoiding daily wear to help extend its lifespan.
Wash gently with sulphate free shampoo and condition from weft to tip. Use small amounts of product and apply heat protectant before styling.
Avoid harsh ingredients and overprocessing. Seek professional help for colouring.

Allow 10–14 days for processing, excluding shipping.
Tracking is emailed within 5 days of dispatch. A signature is required on delivery. If you are unavailable, your parcel will be redirected to your local depot for collection.

Click and Collect is available only for clients with a booked appointment. Your frontal will be ready at our E5 studio for your appointment.

Damage caused by wear, incorrect care, colouring or overprocessing is not covered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
