Lengths: 16”–22”.
Textures: Straight, Bodywave, Sea Wave, Burmese Curl and Blonde Straight.
Lace size refers to the dimensions of the lace area, not the hair length. Select your preferred combination from the available options.

For a natural finish, we recommend professional knot bleaching and customisation. The lace may need tinting to match your skin tone.
Avoid overprocessing the knots, as this can cause shedding or balding. Check the knots regularly during bleaching.

HD lace is delicate. Handle it gently to avoid tears or holes. We recommend avoiding daily wear to help extend its lifespan.
Wash gently with sulphate free shampoo and condition from weft to tip. Use small amounts of product and apply heat protectant before styling.
Avoid harsh ingredients and overprocessing. Seek professional help for colouring.

Allow 10–14 days for processing, excluding shipping.
Tracking is emailed within 5 days of dispatch. A signature is required on delivery. If you are unavailable, your parcel will be redirected to your local depot for collection.

Click and Collect is available only for clients with a booked appointment. Your closure will be ready at our E5 studio for your appointment.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check your lace size, length and texture before ordering.
Damage caused by wear, incorrect care, colouring or overprocessing is not covered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
